    Apparently, this does actually work to elicit greater hypertrophy using only relatively light resistance. I can go find the study if you like. On the other hand, I think it'll stick to squatting heavy weights and not regularly applying tourniquets to my limbs.

    My belief that Asians, and specifically Japanese/Koreans, are more intelligent than most other ethnic groups was seriously challenged by this video.

    Intelligence is a many-faceted thing, and many things which we throw under the umbrella of "intelligence" are actually very different phenomena.

    East Asian educational systems do not always prioritize critical thinking skills.

    If this were the case, thousands of intravenous meth & heroin addicts would have arms like Schwarzenegger.
