    power cleans - 95x5, 115x3, 135x2, 145x3x5 - form sucked on work sets, several times I caught myself pulling with my arms.

    power cleans - 95x5, 115x3, 140x3x5 - focused on keeping my lats tight at the start of the pull, the bar seemed to pop right into the rack position. Much better.
