    Default squat/deadlift form check pls

    excuse the filming skills if it's not good enough.. the squat video includes both side (225) and back (235) views.

    I definitely did notice that.. and it becomes more pronounced as I move up in weights. am I really going too deep? I thought i was actually a bit high in a lot of those reps..

    That's pretty much the best I can do before I have to drop my hip. is my back not flat enough?

    try to over-exaggerate the hamstring tightness on the way down, so that you can keep your ass back and not have your knees slide forward at the bottom. try the Terribly Useful Block of Wood tip. and film directly from the side; you'll be able to better judge depth

    does it matter that my knees dont slide out past the toes? or is there supposed to be absolutely no movement at all?

    i think perhaps i drop too quickly and lose the tightness when i go down. I'll def keep the TUBOW tip in mind. tyvm for the help!

    if they are sliding at the bottom, they are sliding at the bottom
