    Default Shoulder Rehab

So, i appear to have injured what appears to be my front delt. I believe I injured it on the barbell incline bench (A lift that i'm going to stay well clear of from now on). I did start bill starrs rehab and got to about day 7 and ended up re-injuring myself, I think the form was a bit sloppy and I was a bit overly optimistic with the weights. So i'm going to wait a few days and start again.
My understanding of rehab routines is that no other work should be done whilst your rehabbing because you don't want to draw blood away from the injured muscle, my question is, is it okay for me to do cardio while i'm rehabbing? I'm not sure if this will draw blood away from the muscle to the legs or just help increase blood flow overall.
Thanks for your time Mr Rippetoe

Cardio increases blood flow generally--it doesn't just pile up in your legs. If it did, you wouldn't feel more alert after exercise due to increased blood flow to the brain.
