Thread: Chocolate milkshake GOMAD

    Default Chocolate milkshake GOMAD

Well I was doing GOMAD, and to be honest I hate the taste of straight milk but love it with anything else. Would making the GOMAD into chocolate milkshake effect anything negatively??

    Cheers

Maybe too much sugar, but it's probably fine. As long as it's not low fat, that is.

If you can do it all the power to you.

I found that I could drink WAY MORE white milk than chocolate milk because the chocolate milk is so much more filling.

I don't know if it's the extra carbs from sugar but I can barely drink 500ml of chocolate milk without feeling stuffed.

P.s - What are you going to use to turn it into a chocolate shake? Ice cream? Sounds like you could get enough calories and probably drink less than a gallon if you do it that way.

When I decided to go from 120 lbs to 130 lbs I used milkshakes/chocolate milk. It was very effective.

I take a weight gainer type protein powder. It has carbs, lots of protein and a ton of EAA's and BCAA's, glutamine etc. It's about 500 calories for 2 scoops so I mix it with 500ml of milk and some frozen strawberries and I get a good 850 calories right there. Tastes great too.

OP, try this shake as well.

    2 scoops of whey
    2 cup milk
    1/2 cup oats
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp chocolate syrup
    1 banana

each shake is 64g protein, and its pretty inexpensive.
