Damn man. What do you think your squat is right now?
It hasn't moved since the 550 I did in October. If I had to guess what I could do any time, any place with no peak, I'd wager 535-ish. Pull has gone up since the October meet because I've lost 15 lbs. Funny how that works for me.
How much do you get out of your peak - I'd bet you could beat that 550. You in my weight class?
I hope to squat 560 and pull 700 in May. So hopefully 30 lbs.
I weight 202 currently and am undecided about whether to go 198 or 220 in May. Might eat my way up to 220 for the meet.

--Pretty solid day. Had to toss in upper body today because I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. I'm able to run LP on incline right now. It feels funny to gain on a lift so rapidly again.
