    Squat 515x2 (PR, 1 rep in tank), 535x1 (maybe could have doubled, but definitely could have hit another 20 lbs)

    2 sec pause squat - 425 3x3

    --Excellent day. I took this workout a day early due to the portentous forecast tomorrow. I also must confess that I took this workout at my old gym, because heat. If I can get another free guest pass here next week, I might try a PR single at 555+.

    Nice work man- especially on the pause squats. I know how hard those can be. I'd bet you're good for 560-70 depending on the day :-)

    The weather here undoubtedly would be nothing for you, Wolf. But we Southerners don't know how to drive in this shit!

    Good news is the ice should all melt off Saturday morning, leaving time on Saturday afternoon to visit the new beer garden in Germantown where smoked meats are served by the pound.
