Dude. Training is one of the best ways to push through hard times. My hope for you is that you find solace in the hard work and effort you continue to display under the bar. All of it makes you more resilient to all of life's challenges. You will pull through just like your deadlifts.

Deadlift 609x3 (PR, but not really a PR, know what I'm saying? Way harder than it should have been.)
Masks 445x3, 495x3, 515x3 (RPE 6,7,8.5)
2 ct pause squat 375x3,3 (RPE 7.5, 8.5)
--Felt terribly lethargic today. Grip was weak. Strong indicator that I'm overreached right now.

So you're going to the June SS seminar, right? I'm only 3 hours away. One of these days I'll talk the wife into spending $ on one, but I've always thought about "crashing" one. I've thought about coming in on a Friday night just to work out. I wonder if Rip closes the gym for the weekend or not?
