Deadlift 533x1,1,1
--Trying to do that hippie, new age "listen to your body" bullshit. Body said no-go today, so I did a little deload. Won't train again until Tuesday, at which point I'm returning to Tues deadlifts and Fri squats because this just fucking works better for me, and because it makes much more sense for meet preparations (8 days between last heavy squat and meet, 11 days between last heavy deadlift and meet, instead of the nonsensical opposite).
