Squat: 2x5x45, 5x135, 3x185, 5x225, 2x275, 2x305, 2x315, 2x335 (PR for a double) 2x4x275, 2x12x225.
I did 12 at 225 once before and it felt like death. This felt pretty good until about 10 seconds after the set was complete. Then it felt like death. Both times. Pretty freaking happy about today.
