Press: 2x5x45, 5x75, 3x95, 3x12x115
Close Grip Bench: 2x5x45, 3x95, 2x135, 3x12x150
Barbell Curls: 3x45, 12x65, 2x12x75
Really, really enjoy the press on arm day. CGB was toughest exercise today, not sure if it's because the meet was less than 48 hours ago or if it was preceded by the press. Normally it is done fresh. Regardless, all sets unbroken.

After a comp like you had on Saturday, todays work is about what the Doc ordered!
