    Sunday, March 11

    Squat: 2x5x45, 5x135, 3x185, 5x225, 2x275, 2x305, 2x315, 2x335 (PR for a double) 2x4x275, 2x12x225.

    I did 12 at 225 once before and it felt like death. This felt pretty good until about 10 seconds after the set was complete. Then it felt like death. Both times. Pretty freaking happy about today.

    Thanks, Bob. Jim's pushing a little bit right now, and I'm really enjoying it. With the move, new job, and all the changes behind me, it's easier to focus, eat right, and train.

    Barbell Curls: 2x45, 2x65, 5x90, 2x5x100 PR, 15x75, 2x15x65

    100lb Curl was an all time PR...little nuts when I think about it.

    Bench: 2x5x45, 5x95, 3x135, 6x170, 5x195, 3x3x225, 3x2x240, 3x3x225, 8x195, 10x170, 15x155

    Press: 2x5x45, 5x75, 3x95, 4x5x115.

    Smoked after the bench. Was supposed to do shrugs and tricep extensions but unable due to time.
