Thursday, April 5
Bench: 2x5x45, 5x135, 3x165, 5x195, 3x225, 2x240, 6x1x265. FAIL. I was assigned 6x2x265, I got 6 singles. I attempted a double on the 3rd, but failed. This was expensive. Did not get 7 or 8, even after waiting 12 minutes to attempt 8.
Press: 5x45, 3x95, 1x125, 5x3x145.
Shrugs: 3x225, 3x15x275
Lying Tricep Extensions: 3x65, 5x12x85. This was tough, very tough after the bench fiasco.
