    Friday, April 13

    Bench: 2x5x45, 5x135, 3x175, 5x195, 4x225, 240x(5,4,4,3,3,3,3). I was assigned 5x5...FAIL. Yuck.

    Press: 5x45, 5x75, 3x95, 5x4x120. Easy enough

Incline Bench: 5x45, 5x95, 1x135, 3x6x155. This was the first time doing these, went out and spent $150 on a bench to do them. Odd feeling exercise. Hard.

    Shrugs: 1x135, 2x225, 3x6x315, 15x225

Push Ups: 5x12. These were hard for the last two reps of the last two sets after all that other stuff.

Two weeks of failure on the flat bench while setting two PRs at the same time. I have not done 5 at 240 prior today. Bitter sweet.

I had a rough workout today too. Don't feel bad. I failed my presses big time and totally botched picking weights for incline. I hate incline bench haha.

I found this video yesterday, and I couldn't stop watching it. Only watch it if you want to lose 7 minutes of your life that you will never get back. For some reason, it struck me as terribly funny.

Again, it's a complete waste of time, and the guy is...something...but I found it amusing just the same.

    Sunday, April 15

    Squats: 2x5x45, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225, 2x275, 1x305, 12x1x320. This was money. Could have easily done 20 or more weight. I'm stronger.

RDL: 3x135, 1x185, 5x6x235 PR. Well within the bounds of doable.

    Overall, easy day.

    Very nice!

I just received my week's workouts about an hour ago. Gotta squat and sprint today. Should be a good one.

Thanks, it was a gift from my best man who has orders to Guam. Tried to talk him into giving me a sweet weight rack he owns...no dice.

Grats! I was watching the vids over at Gillian's site, and I think I saw you doing the 320's. Great work!
