275 is crazy strong for a lady - like insane, elite level strength. That being said - listen to me Mac, you can not let your wife catch and out bench you. I know Gillian is ridiculously strong, but don't let it happen!

Worked out at Tamara Cohen's (TBone) gym. Worked out with Brian (Tamara's hubby), Matt Smith, Amy, and Miriam. Had a great time. Super environment with folks that are training to get strong.
Squat: 45 2x5, 135x5, 225x3, 275x3, 315x1, 355x1, 385x1 RPE 9, 370 5x1 PR for reps. RPE 9,8,8,9,9.
Deadlift:5x135, 3x225, 2x315, 385x1, 425x1. RPE 8.
Conditioning: 5x100ft w prowler.
