    Squats:
    5X45
    5X45
    5X120
    3X190
    2X265
    5X3X335

    Press:
    5X45
    5X50
    3X55
    2X60
    5X3X65

Didn't get to do deadlifts this morning. I was running late and some guy grabbed the only "good" bar in the gym and started doing barbell curls in the squat cage. I'll go back tonight and do it.

Squats: 340X5X3 (Tied with my current PR for 5X3; haven't tested my 1RM.)
    Bench Press: 85X5X3
Chinups: 60X10X3 (modified with cable pull downs)
Back Extensions: None (there was a lady on it and I was running late.

    LIGHT WEIGHT.

I'm not sure if I'm getting stronger or if this new "diet" I'm trying is "failing" but, I've gained 4lbs and the 340lbs felt easier than it did last time.

I've been using Jack3D and I just started using UPSLabs Modern BCAA. I know right now, I feel like I could go and do it again. The recovery is awesome. I used to wait 7 to 8 minutes between work sets but, this morning it was more like 4 or 5 and right now, I feel great. Not sure but, I'm liking it. I'll stick with this "diet" for a bit and even though I seem to be gaining weight, the barbell is gaining weight and I like that.

Monday WILL be a new PR. (positive thinking!) The weights today just didn't feel all that heavy.. which goes back to what I posted earlier, 315lbs (after reset) was HEAVY as hell but now, 340lbs seems "light". Granted, it is heavy but, I know I can do a lot more. I hope to ride this LP out for awhile. (At the reset with 315lbs, I thought to myself that I most likely wouldn't but, now I feel as though I'm going to be able to.)

    Nothing but a peanut!

    That's some great work.

What other supplements are you taking? I'm currently only using whey and a multi-vitamin but my recovery is getting worse and worse.

    Thanks, I appreciate it.

I'm only using Jack3D and Modern BCAA (all USPLabs products). I need to get some Whey (meats are killing the budget for the amount I need to eat).

Buy youreself a bottle of the Modern BCAA and see if it helps. If it does, I'll PM you a link to get it in bulk.

I was taking a BCAA powder but haven't bothered replacing it since it ran out...which roughly corresponds with my poor recovery lately. I'll have to give it another shot.

Do it. I feel amazing. Not drained and grumpy like I usually am. I drank 2 scoops of Jack3D and then made up a serving (two scoops) of MBCAA in 20oz of water and sipped on that through out my workout. Then I brought two scoops of MBCAA to work and mixed all of it into a gallon jug full of water. I've been sipping it since 7:30 or so. Half way through now.

Hell, get it, if you don't like it, send it to me and I'll pay you for it. hahah

I was only using it during workouts, but it said I could take it on my off days on an empty stomach. Are you taking it 7 days a week?

    Yes/No

Workout days: Mix one for the gym in 20oz of water. After my workout, mix a serving in a gallon of water and drink it all say.

Off days: Mix one up and drink it down.

Weekends: Depends on how I feel. This morning, my chest and shoulders are sore, so I drank a serving. Tomorrow, I may or may not.

Ohh and all of this is in a fasted state. I IF everyday, minus weekends. I'll eat eggs/bacon/etc. No carbs.

Very interesting, how are you finding the IF? Are you doing something similar to lean gains?

It's kinda like it, except pushing any carbs past 5 or 6. Carb back loading is what I am doing. I didn't buy the book/etc, just black boxing it. I think I'm doing it wrong though, unless I've gained a LOT of muscle. Doubt it. I'm up 4lbs.

One good thing though, my squats are easy.
