I have this problem too. My last comp I drank too much, and had too much caffeine, and stiff legged my attempt. Hard lockout and every muscle is going, some of which you'd rather weren't. (I did drip, but it was 135kg and there's no way I was quitting on it) I'm thinking Tena pads might be a solution...

Weighed 136.6 with clothes and shoes on. Probably going to do a 2 week cycle of clen this month to get my weight down to 130. If any girls want to chime in about this please PM me.
Squat heavy single then -10% for 2x2. I've been so frustrated with my squat that I decided to just do it totally differently today. Flat shoes, more vertical back, ATG. It felt really good and I'll probably squat my next 1 month cycle this way.
155 single. felt hard out of the hole. Decided I didn't want to go up and start the day with a failed rep.

was supposed to do 2x10. my heart was racing from the clen during my warmups so I decided to just do easy 3's. I needed 3-5 minute rests each set.
