    Seriously though, nice job.
No guff. I had to take a remedial math class to count above five.

Bound and determined to get some joosey squizzles and bench prizzles in tomorrow. Got some new Kuhl pants today that should see some sweet hikes this summer. So I gotta stay jacked.

Hey Callador it looks like you haven't updated the progress page for a while. I got the 900 a couple weeks ago.

Good point, I got the 100 bench though haven't posted the proof video yet. (Actually at 110 now, and the vid will prob be of a hopefully successful 115.5)

I assume tight (powerlifting) wraps or just "keep things warmed up" wraps?

    DOOOOO IIIIIIIT!
Haha, I know. Its tempting. But instead, my goal is that when I get to 405 in a few months, it will be for 3-5 reps.

Bench was enough, but not more. Squats in half from adductor.

Thinking it may also be from calorie deficit. Aiming for 2,700 - 3,000kcal.

Don't want to buy anymore pants, though I may, because these size 38 Wranglers and pretty snug around the thighs and glutes. Almost making regular jeans look like skinny jeans. I'd feel ashamed if I had feelings, or shame.

That felt like quite possibly the hardest [anaerobic] workout I've ever done. 3 sets of 4 reps DL: 397.5, 377.5, 357.5; FOLLOWED by hatch squats??? Yeah right. The Hatch formual I used dictated 245x10, 255x8, 275x6, 300x4. That was not going to happen (I hadn't factored in that I'd be bloody dying from DLs). I did 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 245x5, 265x5 and was one foot in the grave so I did 3x8 BW Pull-ups and shuffled my way to the car, cursing f4, hatch, and Minnesota humidity the whole way.

Even now, I can hardly support myself in this chair.
