    Thanks. I finally managed to figure out be tight and get good leg drive into the bench. I've actually wound up with pretty damn sore quads and adductors from benching. I never thought I'd have sore legs from benching, but there you go.

    Now if I could do something about my utterly pathetic deadlift.
