5 hour energy, eh? Never thought of taking some of that. Good idea at the meet? I'm racking my brains with good portable stuff to take. I don't know what to expect, if I'm going to be able to get get a bite to eat or what.
Take mostly carbs and sodium. Take a liter or two of gatorade. A big ass bag of chex/trail mix. Maybe some PBnJ's. Stuff like that. Some shots of 5 hour energy sound like a good idea.
