This is great. Put me down for a 1 year contract on the 300/400/500 plan!

Awesome idea Callador! I'm in for 1500. But a 400 bench is highly unlikely. 300-350 is more realistic. oh well.

I'm going to try damn hard to get a 500 squat and 600 deadlift by the end of 2012, but a 400 bench is fanta sea. I think ~300 would be more realistic. Not sure where that puts me on total goal.

I can put all of you guys in for the 1500. SubZero, as long as you hit the total it is all good. A good pair of knee wraps might get you the 50lbs you need too! :-)

Either way, you can hit the mini-goals along the way, and I will be sure to keep everything updated on the main post.

Oh ok yeah, oddly I can bench basically what I can squat still, so I'm good for a 325 bench next year, and I can up dead and squat 25 lbs, I'll go for 1200 then.

Count me in for the 1,200 total. And add a 200lbs press to that as well. Not sure about the power clean though.

I'm doing Wendler's 5/3/1, so I'm not going to rush anything. And I plan on posting a video about one year from this month, as it will be 2 years of "official" strength training. Not posting one now because, frankly, it's nothing to brag about after one year.

Thanks for doing this, Callador. So are wraps allowed here?
