Joose, your injury sounds like it might be an intercostal strain. Whether its that or the rib though, theres probably nothing for you to do other than the 5 day, 3200 mg/day IB protocal and training through it. Maybe a re-set on your lifts, but you don't want to sit around doing nothing. Its a "deal with the pain" type injury.
