Nothing noticeable.
Sorry Steve. I feel your pain. I hit 450 DL in mid-May and didn't hit 455 until June 29th! There were sessions in between that I couldn't even move 425 off the floor. However you're feeling right now, just remember that at least one person (me) has been inspired by your workouts the last several months. Keep up the good work.
I went from deadlifting 455 in Feb., to barely getting 400 in April, and then pulling 500 in May.

So, apparently this isn't the only thread to take a turn south. E&P is getting crazier and Rip is now dealing with increased dumbassery on his own Q&A.
I think E&P is just getting repetitive. I thought I had no life, but creating accounts on forums just to bitch and talk shit.....really?
I'm fairly surprised of the amount of shit that Rip allows to be posted in his Q&A.
This thread hit the ground running, then sort of coasted, and now....?
A few have kept posting. Fewer post sporadic updates. Some still try to get in on the "action."
I'd like to keep this on page 1 until the end of the year, but there's no telling.
Kind makes me wonder if this thread was more like a New Year's resolution, where people are committed for the first month, or so, but then just sort of go off on their on tangent.

BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! I bombed tonight. Did some snatches, which went okay and them moved to bench. Died. By the last warm up I was getting slightly dizzy and nauseous. It got full blown by set three and all I wanted to do was go to sleep. Its been a long long time since this last happened. Thought I are well today but clearly not.
I'm taking a week off and coming back full force.
Jonathan Vechet, the glute injury I have pretty much precludes me from attaining my set out goal of a 1200 total. I've been battling this thing for three months now, going into four, and I've just nearly gotten back to a point where I was injured, yet the pain is still there so I can't really push myself without fear of aggravating the injury. It's still an excuse but it isn't something that I could change willingly or I would have.
Thanks man. Things always look better the next day. I'll get there. I'm looking forward to planning out this next cycle.
I, for one, will always come back here to post my milestones. You know, the traffic here was bound to fall off, but there is no reason this thread won't stay alive if we just always come back to update on milestones (and failures). I get way behind on these boards, but I always keep up my log if nothing else.
