Benched 235x7 today.
According to some 1RM formulas/calculators (I know) my 1RM is about 10lbs away from 300lbs. Still not going to test it for a while though.
On that same note, my 1RM press should be right a 200lbs. I may try for it Wednesday.
I squatted 390 on Friday. 10 more pounds to go:

Overcame last week's squat stall: 3x5x250. Stalled big time on Bench. So pissed, I am not going to even post it. Deloading 20%.
Almost time to chase down a Callador. Two consecutive days of squats with no issues. Rest day today and verifying stability tomorrow.
If all goes well there will be 5 or 6 days of squats a week until 500 is back in range. Deadlift is on the elevator as well. Look out, big fella.
