I did this for a stint whilst going through HAZMAT training for work. Worked well, kept the volume split up while still allowing for some heavy work with the singles and RM. Substitute varying intensity rep schemes for flavor.

Hey that's a cool program. Sounds like this Rip guy knows how to program exercises.

Progress on the Press & Bench each week as opposed to alternating?

    Smile Overlap issue??

This is quite an interresting setup!

But i can't help noticing that there is some overlap.
heavy deads follows volume squats and volume presses follows the heavy benches!

this is radical stuff! how is the workouts spread over the week??
my guess would be two days on one day off, like monday, tuesday then thursday friday.

    cheers from denmark

Well,I ran it over a 9 day template with chins and prowler work on their own day (per Rips suggestion) due to my 24 hour work schedule.

    Train/train/off/train/train/off/train/off/off.

But I don't see why your template wouldn't work as well.

This is my second week on it, and I must say I do love it so far.
