    Thanks!
Yes i know this scooby guy. He talks a lot of trash about lifting but his hamstring stretch is really good.
Maybe i should spend some time into stretching them too, i have been more flexible there before.

Ja, I'm on day three of stretching them and I feel much better and a lot less worried.

I hope it makes a difference for you.

    Swimming:
    10x25m warmup breaststroke
~10x trying to dive and swim 20m, but i suck at it, although i have done it without a problem about a month ago
~45min. working on breaststroke technique, swimming 3x legstrokes and then 1x armstroke, then 2x legstroke + 1x armstroke, then normal. This drill improved my legstroke alot
~30min. working on my header. I do it like a 5 year old child, but it's a lot better than a week ago.

    Track and field:
    1200m warmup running
    warmup exercises, running technique stuff
then 800m running, did ~5x800m as fast as possible with a couple of minutes rest in between. Totally kicked my ass. BUT my shinsplints seem to get a lot better because i was not in much pain.

Skipped gymnastics because i was so tired.

    Lifting:

    Squats:
    122,5x3
    122,5x3
    122,5x3
    122,5x3
    122,5x3

Was okay, not heavy, but my lower back still hurts.

    Bench:
    lots of warmup sets
    82,5x3
    82,5x3
    82,5x3
    82,5x3
    82,5x3

    Easy.

    Deadlift:
    155kgx1
    132,5x2
    132,5x1
    132,5x1
    132,5x1

Hook grip is getting more "comfortable"

    Running:
    1200m warmup
    ~10 minutes of stretching/mobility
3x800m as fast as possible, ~7minutes pause in between
    400m cooldown

The second time that i can run again and feels amazing. I still have pain in my shins and my speed and condition are fucked up, but i actually move normally and not like somebody with two broken legs wiggling around.

Had an EKG today and was tired after that, so i skipped volleyball training.

    Gymnastics:
Worked on my Cartwheel, Handstand and Rolls. My handstand was definitely a lot better today, i was able to hold it for ~5 seconds.
Was to scared to start training the jump over the horse thing. Not good!
Now my shins hurt again, but i was to stupid to ice them today, so it's my fault.
Acupuncture on shin splints tomorrow, i hope it helps.
Maybe i can get a little lifting workout in tomorrow, don't know.

Had an acupuncture session today, so no running in the morning, would probably been shitty since my shins hurt again.

Did some "strength training" at home with dumbbell pressing and chinups on my chinup-bar i will use more often in the future.

    Table tennis:
Was okay, i'm getting better and think i can probably do what the test asks for.

    Swimming:
Trained the header again. Sunday i will try from 1m.
Dived ~14 meters, i have done 20 as needed about two months ago and have no idea why it's not possible now.

    Track and field:
Trained shotput, my technique gets better. Still not cool to throw that thing less far than people a lot weaker. But that's how it works.
Did a 1000m run at the end, did something like 04:30 minutes. A minute less would be nice..

    Gymnastics:
    Except one thing everything worked.

    Lifting:
No lifting, because there is a stupid bodybuilding competition at my gym tomorrow and they closed at 18:00 because of preperations. Of course there was no information before. FUCK!
