Fantastic day best in a while. Squats were amazing. Went for an intensity day with presses.

original plan was to do the 5 at 155 but i felt so good i wanted to go till fail. It was bittersweet and that i still have a good press but at the same time preinjury 175 was my working set.

First day back on the horse. Weight 207. Started the weights really low just cause im in no hurry. First attempt at rows so I started super low, need to watch some videos to make sure im doing them right.
BW 207. Nasty day. My legs are so damn sore from squatting Monday that its hard to walk. I managed to get through all sets of squats today but press was even crappier. I only managed to get 110x2x5 110x1x7 today. I wanted to try the GSLP amrap set to see if i could jump by 10 or 5. Im right in the middle so i'll jump by 5 unless i feel absolutely stellar. Really disappointed that i started this low, i didnt even start this low my first time going into SSLP. I skipped on DL because my legs are just too beaten up.
Ok day. Squats went well, didnt feel terribly heavy, still not sure why 230lbs feels this way though. Bench was good as well, i could have done more reps on my 3rd set for sure. Rows need to jump alot more weight to feel effective.
Another confusing day, not sure why my weights are so low and feel so heavy. I jumped by 10lbs because i could not mentally prepare to work out with scheduled weights. I started back DLs today but i went light just so i could make sure my form was in check, it was decent but i still need to fix some things.
Saturday for fun i decided to work in with my friend while he benched, we did a work up and I managed to Bench 205x9 after benching friday and a whole lot of other hindering factors.

Good day, everything still feels OMFG heavy. Almost hurt myself squatting, had a really strange/bad rep in my first set. The 2nd set felt better and the 3rd set felt the best. Bench is feeling great like it always did, it difficulty is almost ignorable, even when im failing sets. I jumped rows up alot because they were too easy, i almost failed on my last rep so im going to back it down a bit, well i also did no warmup now that i think about it nor did i take enough time between sets.

phew, glad to have gotten through that one. Possibly the hardest day of SS i've had yet. i didnt train yesterday because i went hiking and fishing for a good 8 hours thursday. I pressed first because it was already set up and i was feeling lazy, BIG MISTAKE. My arms were so tired going into the squat i had a hard time keeping my shelf tight, although the presses themselves didnt feel bad at all. Squats felt miserably difficult as well, i thought i was going to fail in my 2nd set. I was pouring sweat, more than usual.
Program Change for the next 30 days before my next tattoo session. I will press on friday bench on monday and run 20 minutes every day while trying to eat 1500 calories. The goal is 10lbs in the 30 days. Current BW is 205.5.
Press 130x3x5 first set was really difficult but the last 2 got easier.

Update on the running and weight loss. I am doing ok, not as well as id like and my Plantar Fasciaitis is acting up again. If it continues i wont be able to run much longer nor lift if i let it get too bad. Current BW is 203. The week of vacation didnt help, i didnt gain any weight but i wasnt strict on my diet so it's been hard since ive been back to be in line. With the tattoo sessions coming up im gonna shoot for getting my last session in early september to get it over with so i can get back to lifting as soon as my brother heals. Will i make 190 lbs before then?
