    Squat: 275 x5x3
    Bench: 155 x5x3
    Dead: 275 x5
Front Squat: 225 x1 just for the hell of it. Hurt my wrist, but it was easy enough on the legs/torso

Just warming up again. I think I have all of my problems sorted out now, so it's time to get back to it!

Squat: 275 x5x3 resting about 3 minutes between sets. Super easy.
    Press: 105 x5x3
    Dead: 275 x5

Ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes after I was done. I need to put more time in on it. No use being strong if I get winded every time I get up off the couch. All in all I feel great, easy day and satisfying day at the gym. Although I have to admit, since I'm not gasping for air and having to reach out to hold stuff so I don't pass out after squats makes me feel like I'm not trying as hard as I should be. Oh well, give it time and I'll be back to talking with the angels.

Squat: 280 x5x3 3 minute rest between sets
    Bench: 165 x5x3

Had to leave early, workout was harder than I would have liked, but I was tired going in.

    Squat: 285 x5x3 3 minute rest
    Squat: 315 x1, 335 x1, 355 x1, 2 minutes rest in between lifts
    Press: 110 x5x3
    Dead: 295 x5
Treadmill: ran for 10 minutes or so.

Squats were pretty easy, so was press and deadlift. Since I've dropped the weight so much on everything, I wanted to make sure that my muscles don't forget how to lift heavy stuff so I threw in some singles. 355 was pretty hard, not crazy hard, but no picnic. But then that was after my regular workout so probably nothing to worry about.

Squats: 290 x5x3 No belt, no wraps

That's all I had time for. Rushed home from work to get Anthony and take him to guitar practice for his first recital this weekend. He just turned 7. Hoping that he hits Eric Clapton status so I don't have to worry about retirement. Then rushed him from practice to his MMA class because he has a tournament this weekend. I work out at the same place, but didn't have my stuff. So I got under the bar and knocked it out real quick. I had absolutely no intention of getting home and then getting back out.

It was harder without a belt, but I handled it fine. I think the effort was more just cause I was tired than anything else. I had like one drop of sweat on my shirt, so it wasn't that hard.

They have MMA bouts for 7 year olds? Cool...not on PPV yet, I suppose :-)

Yeah the market is pretty slim, but growing!

What we went to was NAGA (North American Grappeling Association) so just wrestling/jiu jitsu. My 8 year old daughter one first place in gi and no gi in the intermediate level. My son got third, which is not to bad considering he was a first grader going up against 2cd and 3rd grade boys. But funny you mention it, his coach is wanting to get him in a MMA tournament. We'll see if he wants to do it or not I guess.

    Press: 135 x3

That was it for tonight, super easy, just didn't have any time to do anything.

Yes I'm a big loser, but in my defense, I had my first sunburn of the year. It was bad. I was red. Now I'm back.

    Squats 250 x 5x3
