also called an inverted row? hanging from the bar, body and feet out in front you, pulling chest up to the bar. i despise them, and any other rowing exercise. also, thanks Michele for checking out my log.

    wednesday 2/1/12

I jumped in this morning with Gillian's class. It's a good thing I did because now Ben (my husband and training partner) isn't feeling so hot and is staying at work late.

    Squat
    45 x5
    75 x5
    95 x5
    125 x2
    135 3x5
I stuck with 135 today since I'll be leaving tomorrow, and my 1.25lb weights were out in the car.

    Deadlift
    75 x5
    95 x5
    120 x2
135 x3 This was supposed to be a set of 5 but there is just no way. Gillian watched the first 3 and told me to stop. I cannot resist rounding my back before I even start to pull.
Bumped it down to 125. Was supposed to do 2x5 but did 2x3 instead. My first rep on the last set was the only one that actually felt right. She's suggested that I get a belt, and programmed a reset for when I get home.

    Press
    45 x5
    50 x5
    55 x5
I wasn't really sure what weight I was supposed to be doing (I think 60) and I was pretty much just over the work out at that point.

Thanks again to Gillian for all the help. You are a wonderful coach!
