Hello! I began the Starting Strength program on January 9th 2012 and I'll be posting my progress here.

P.S. the title of the thread was inspired by a strongman competition held between 1988 and 1991 (I think). Videos are available on youtube.
- squats:
5 x 15 kg
5 x 17 kg
5 x 20 kg
- bench press:
5 x 20 kg
5 x 25 kg
- deadlift:
5 x 30 kg
My first day wasn't quite stellar but I was very excited about training in a real gym. Btw. I will be posting my lifts in kilos, thats what we use over here. If you want pounds multiply by 2.2.
