Default What supplemets seem effective/work well for the Elderly

I take fish oil, chromium picolanate, multivitamin, extra c, creatine, D2.

Fish oil and creatine provide noticeable benefits. Don't know about the rest but I am rarely sick knock on wood.

    Thanks Bill

Vitamins B, C, D, E, Multi, Fish oil, Creatine, glucosamine (it seems to work for me), Ditto about rarely being sick Also I was able to give up cholesterol medicine and blood pressure medicine as my numbers improved after I stated the Starting Strength routine.

I also take krill oil. Originally for arthritis but I'm told it helps other things as well.

Anybody have recommendations on a supplement for sleeping "sounder"?

What is CPAP? To Locutus--it is D3--my error. For sleeping--melatonin. Seems to really work. Chromium is a no go huh?

CPAP is a mask one wears at night that blows air into the mouth and nose to combat sleep apnea. Not the answer to the question, nor is it a supplement. It does however, greatly facilitate restful sleep.

I remember doing some research about it a while ago to see if any studies said it was of benefit, I remember finding it was not worth it.
