    I log my workouts on fitocracy and I ran upon Jin_Kazama. He claims this is his legit workout, does it every m/w, it takes 3-4 hours and that he weighs 175. Does anyone think such a thing possible?:

    What are the pts for?

    I think it would suck, but I'm sure it is possible if he's eating and drinking enough during the workout time period. Maybe some roids, too.

    Except including the running. I don't see how somebody could run 15 miles total and still be able to do all that lifting. Especially considering the running is taking up about 120 min. of the 3-4 hour period.

    I think he's just doing a 5 mile run, and for some reason the cut & paste from the guy's log formatted everything to it looks tripled.

    Full routine would be:
    * Dumbbell Shrug: 105 x 4 x 10
    * Barbell Bench Press: 265 x 6 x 5, 245 x 4 x 7, 245 x 1 x 5, 225 x 4 x 7, 225 x 1 x 2
    * Pendlay Row: 185 x 2 x 10, 205 x 8 x 7, 205 x 1 x 3
    * Barbell Deadlift: 325 x 5 x 6, 345 x 1 x 6, 365 x 3 x 3
    * Running (treadmill): 5 miles
    * Weighted Hyperextension: 45 x 5 x 10
    * Stiff-Legged Barbell Deadlift: 185 x 5 x 10
    * Pull-Up: 5 x 20
    * Weighted Sit-Up: 50 x 5 x 25

    As for the workout, it's a lot of stuff to do in one workout, but I don't see why someone would bother lying on their Fitocracy profile, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

    Well, he lists his bench 1RM as 335 lbs, so the heaviest set, 265 lbs is only 80%, in which case 6x5 should be only moderately hard. The later sets should be ridiculously easy, so can be completed rapidly. I'd say useless too, but what do I know?

    His deadlift and especially his squat are very weak compared to his bench. Typical gym rat I guess.

    Fitocracy is currently in limited private release.
