    I definitely need to do more wrist curls. Lets be honest here, forearms and traps dont really do much for the big three but they do A LOT for your jakked factor.

    I'm to the point where I can only button the sleeves on a hand full of my work shirts. Neck almost down to none.

    Throw calves in there as well. I look ridiculous in shorts. They barely fit around my legs, then I have two skinny sticks coming out the bottom.

    You pull turtle back style and you become very aware how important trap work is. lol

    Ya man, I suppose so. But if you legit added like 200lbs to your shrug, how much would you get on your pull? I have a hard time believing it would be that much. Traps would be siiiick tho.

    This is true.

    I have big mothertruckin' calves from being a porker my entire childhood and teenage years.

    Like I dont do direct calf work because I fear my power cankles are bigger than my biceps. : (

    I find anytime clean/snatch pulls are added to my program, my traps assplode. I also have tiny calves, but they're becoming less tiny. It might be from the oly lifts + squats, but I don't know.
