I definitely need to do more wrist curls. Lets be honest here, forearms and traps dont really do much for the big three but they do A LOT for your jakked factor.

Throw calves in there as well. I look ridiculous in shorts. They barely fit around my legs, then I have two skinny sticks coming out the bottom.
Ya man, I suppose so. But if you legit added like 200lbs to your shrug, how much would you get on your pull? I have a hard time believing it would be that much. Traps would be siiiick tho.

I find anytime clean/snatch pulls are added to my program, my traps assplode. I also have tiny calves, but they're becoming less tiny. It might be from the oly lifts + squats, but I don't know.
