Default Still Battling Knees. Lower Back and Shoulder Issues... HELP

I took off squatting one day and a few days later my knees on the medial side started really hurting. I took off another workout and tried again the next time and they hurt even more... It was not an inital injury but it hurts a loot afterwords... I then went and tried to take some time off of squats and deads and I just did benching dips and pullups and I hurt my shoulder and I have never been able to do pullups or dips without shoulder pain it sucks... I went to Tom Phillips who is a champion powerlifter by me and he said my form isn't the issue its mobility... So I am doing mobility course and the trainer says my movement is much better, but my body parts still hurt and my knee now pops when I reach full squat depth or bend my knee all the way back... I do not knwo what to do as the knee pain comes and goes and is in both knees although the left is worse, and the left shoulder hurts and the right hip... Should I just say screw it and still llift... I am 18 and want to enter a competition but want to be pain free

So, if you're mobile but you still hurt, how important is the mobility work? I say you need a diagnosis of the knee.

Not to dismiss Tom Phillips, but it couldn't hurt to put up a form check here.

I will put a vid up as soon as I am able to squat again... I am seeing a doctor and then I was told to go see Charlie Weingroff who is by me... I hear he really knows his stuff... and yeah rip your right... AND also Tom only box squats until competition se he taught me that... he said it would take stress off of the knees...
