    walk to gym

    power clean: (kilos) 30x5, 35x5, 40x5, 45x5, 50x5
    bench: 95x5, 110x5, 125x5, 140x5, 165x5
    squat: 135x5, 170x5, 205x5, 240x5, 285x5
    +leg extensions: 80x15x3
    +leg curls: 40x15, 60x15, 80x15
    +lat pulldown chins: 180x6, 180x5x2, 105x20

gym was too crowded to get a video of power cleans. just my fucking luck. they felt good, though. I spent like 5 minutes in the squat rack using the bar to open up the rack position a little bit.

    bench=EZ.

squats didn't suck today. hoo fucking ray. I got videos of the 170, 240, and 285 sets. need to compress the files first though because the camera records at a much higher resolution than my iphone did and thus much larger file size. 170 from side, 240 and 285 from the back. shitty angles, but it was all I could get.

I'm one of the less gifted teenagers, it seems. just about everything fucks with my recovery. you'll see if you skim through my log. regardless if option A messes with my recovery or not, i'm trying to stay far as away from video games and porn as possible, porn especially. if that means slowing down my strength gains, so be it. i'd rather not grow up to be dysfunctional.

I don't see a reason for a young guy to restrict himself from fun non-lifting activities. This goes for both sports and porn.

Oh, come on, I was just kidding!

Now someone's going to write that their deadlift is not going up because hairy palms interfere with grip strength.

    walk to gym

    power clean: (kilos) 30x5, 37.5x5, 45x5, 52.5x5, 60x5
    bench: 95x5, 115x5, 140x5, 160x5, 185x4, 95x10
    squat: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 325x1x2, 135x10
    +leg extension: 80x15x2
    +leg curl: 80x15x2

    walk home

I recorded all of my power cleans and made a video. it's nice, I should probably become a film editor because i'm so fucking good at editing videos. i'll upload tomorrow.

failed bench again. not sure what the protocol is. I think i'll repeat this weight next week. I was losing leg drive as soon as the bar touched my chest. no fucking clue why.

my squats took a big hit today. i'm assuming it's due to putting power cleans at the front of the workout. it could also be that I went to the gym earlier than usual (2pm vs 8pm). maybe a lack of meat this weekend. not sure. I was gonna try to get 5 singles with 325 because I was pretty pissed, but form was shitty so I stopped after the second one.

    walk to gym

    power clean: 30x5, 35x5, 40x5, 45x5, 50x5
    bench: 95x5, 110x5, 125x5, 140x5, 150x5
    squat: 135x5, 165x5, 195x5, 225x5, 260x5

    walk home

squats were tough. tough enough that I sat on a bench for 10 minutes before leaving the gym. the thought of doing leg curls and extensions didn't even cross my mind after squatting.
