    Bench: 150 lbs @ 1x5. 135 lbs @ 1x5.

    Deadlift: 275 lbs @ 1x5. 250 lbs @ 1x5.

    This was all harder than I would have liked, but it went real well.

    Bench: 155 lbs @ 1x5. 140 lbs @ 1x5.
    Real easy, but my shoulders were sore as hell from yesterday.

    deadlift: 277.5 lbs @ 1x5. MISLOAD. 250 lbs @ 1x5.
    Easier than yesterday.

    I'm probably going to be doing some corn detassling in July. It won't be fun waking up at 5, but I also like money.

    Default My movements could have been more efficient.

    Deadlift: 295 lbs @ 1x5. 265 lbs @ 1x5.

    170 lbs @ 1x5. 155 lbs @ 1x5.

    Bench was harder than I would have liked.

    Had some trouble with the bar rolling forward, but I got it.

    Bench: 180 lbs @ 1x5. 160 lbs @ 1x5.

    Thursday: Deadlift: 310 lbs @ 1x5. 280 lbs @ 1x5.

    bench: 185 lbs @ 1x5. 165 lbs @ 1x5.
    Grindy, but I got it.

    I couldn't get a belt so it was a bit harder than normal.

    I've started detasseling corn today so I'm going to take a break from training.
