Easy day. Real awesome.
Squat: 305 lbs @ 3x5.
Powers: 175 lbs @ 5x3.
Every 1st rep on the 4th set is always so easy that it nearly hits me in the chin. don't know why.
Press: 122.5 lbs @ 1x5, 1x4.
Felt like a starved piece of crap so I called it quits.

Squat: 310 lbs @ 3x5.
A lot easier than 305. Ended up using smelling salts on the last set and that helped a bit.
Bench: 170 lbs @ 3x5.
Was having trouble staying tight until the last set, which was easiest.
Powers: 177.5 lbs @ 5x3.
Easy. I tried a narrower grip than usual and it was a lot smoother.
Squat: 250 lbs @ 2x5.
Press: 122.5 lbs @ 3x5.
Kinda hard.
deathlift: 340 lbs @ 1x5.
Pretty hard, and the form broke down a bit on the last rep.
I think my body weight is staying about the same, but my body fat is going down.
Bench: 172.5 lbs @ 3x5.
Had to do this pretty early.
Squat: 315 lbs @ 3x5.
Real hard, sets were pretty slow.
Powers: 180 lbs @ 5x3.

Squat: 320 lbs @ 3x5.
Easier than 315, accidentally jumped on the last rep.
Press: 125 lbs @ 3x5.
Easier than last time I pressed.
Power cleans: 182.5 lbs @ 3x5.
Pretty hard. Had some difficulty getting the bar to land on the delts, so the lump on my chest got bruised.
I'm gonna go eat some pork.

You are really making a strong run with the weights! It looks like you have gone by most of your old PR's, and things are still on the easy side... very awesome! :-)
Squat: 255 lbs @ 2x5.
Bench: 175 lbs @ 3x5.
Deadlift: 350 lbs @ 1x3.
The firs 3 reps felt so easy, but I just couldn't get the rest.
Moving onto an intermediate program of my own design.
Where do you fail on the deads? Sometimes reps can be a bitch too, singles can be a little nicer from time to time. :-)
What are your programming plans?
