Shoopidy woop. Sorry I haven't really been keeping up with my log. Been busy trying to find a job. So updates:
The low(er) carbs thing is going pretty well. I eat about 3000 net calories, and 20% of my calories from carbs. Considering eventually bringing them down a bit. Did a weigh-in earlier this month, and going to see what it's like at the end of the month.
I changed the lifting program I'm doing. Something simple, but less frequent. Basically Reverse Pyramid Training, but 2x a week instead of 3, so I'm doing Deadlift and Press one day, and Squat and Bench Press another. Only done it for two weeks, but it's going good so far. Progress is going to be a lot slower, but the last squat workout I did, my form felt and looked to be so much better. I definitely enjoy this program. Press is set to hit 100lb. next DL/Press workout also.
Also, been trying to get myself to walk 3-4 times per week, and then I do 1-2 conditioning workouts per week(car pushes or sprints).
Probably won't be keeping up with this log as frequently, but thanks for the concern.
