    Question Squat critique please

Here is a set of 4 at 285lb. Neither of them felt optimal. The stretch reflex at the bottom was quite weak. I'm saying this because I have felt much stronger stretch reflexes but I dunno how I did them differently.
I felt and I also see in the video that I'm going a tad lower than necessary. However I might be wrong?
Also I do feel bicep tendinitis quite often only near my elbow. I am trying very hard to stay tight and the bar actually feels very well placed on my back. There is no pain during the lift but in a minute or two after I'm done squatting the pain starts. I notice that my elbows are not coming as up compared to examples of good squats but I have tried and I think my poor flexibility doesn't allow it.

Well depth was good! You could definitely use your elbows back more. I've had the same problem and I have to actively tell myself to just pin the bar, not use my arms to try and push it up when coming out of the hole.

It's not horrible yet, but you could use the chest up a bit more, keep those shoulder blades squeezed. It will definitely become a problem at heavier weights with the good morning action if not nipped in the butt now.

Hard to tell from the angle but it looks like your knees come in when ascending from the bottom. Could be wrong bc of the angle, but keep an eye out for that.
