Default Programming SS for a vacation

    Mark,

I'll be going on vacation next week, and I don't think the gym at the resort I'll be staying at has a squat rack. In fact, I think it has a smith machine. How should I approach this? I'm still on SS. I was thinking that squatting and pressing on the smith machine would be better than nothing, but then I thought it might hurt my form. What's your suggestion? Thanks.

Swim, drink, eat. Vacate. Train when you get back.

Sorry, I missed this question. I'll be going to Disney in Lake Buena Vista, FL without a car.

If you feel the need to train, do vactiony sort of things. Bike around the lake, swim, etc.

Sorry Rip, I am going to have to disagree with you this time. I went on vacation last weekend to Southern California. I met some really nice people that shared my interest in weight lifting, AND DID NOTHING BUT LIFT. It was the best vacation I have had in several years. I came home tired, sore, and very happy. I would like to thank all of you for coming out to California. My wife says I need to go to a SS seminar every year. (Now that is a good wife)
