My current daily intake is at:
3,000 cals (a bit over actually)
230-250g protein
80-100g carbs
160-190g fats
All from the usual sources of eggs, meat, peanut butter, rice, sweet potato, apples, whey, etc.
My question is whether this is too much fat or not?
I'm getting ~30g of fat per meal, most of it from the eggs and beef. Not sure how to keep protein up without also keeping fat up.
I severely dislike eating mass amounts of chicken and fish. If this is indeed too much fat, would switching to 90/10 or 93/7 lean beef do the trick?
Obligatory stats are as follows:
6' 1 1/2", 255lbs, 25ish% bf
Currently going through novice progression
Squat 185---->265 (all figures are in lbs, and for sets across except the deadlift)
Press 100----->125
Bench 155---->175
Deadlift 315---->350
Trying to get strong without increasing the already admirable size of my belly and love handles too much.
