yep, agreed.
Not me, posting for a friend.
Tell your "friend" to get his own account here so that he can actually interact with people giving him advice, ask questions, etc.
And if that's you holding the camera, stop coaching people immediately. Do your "friends" a favor and don't teach them to squat.
You know you fucked up, right.
He asked me for advice and I told him to e-mail me a video and that I would take a look at it for him and post it online to get critiques. And actually idk if I would call him my friend, I just met him at school last week and we were talking about lifting and he told me how he "couldn't squat" so I offered to help out.
And that's not me holding the camera, I didn't even listen to the audio so I don't know what was said, he just e-mailed this to me last night.
And now people think you're dumb because of your little stunt. Tell him to come here in person or at least say it's not you, for fuck's sake.
I think it's funny that he bothered to post that before helping him himself. I would expect someone who could squat over 300 lbs. to be able to provide some assistance and not waste our time.
And now I'd love to see a video of BeastMode squat. I wonder how hilarious it would be.
