Couple tablespoons of heavy whipping cream can has proven a viable ingredient for me...especially if I am using a shaker with just water and powder.

Given the demographic of this forum I am literally shocked that nobody has mentioned using bacon. Having stated that, I am now resolved to try it. Vanilla hickory smoked bacon recovery shake!!

1 cup coffee (cold works best, so make it the night before or use instant) , 1 cup milk, 2 scoops choc whey, 1-2 handfuls of ice. Boom.

    1 frozen banana

The frozen banana is the key here, it makes the shake creamy.

    * It tastes even better with chocolate milk. Sometimes I add some cinnamon and/or frozen berries.
Creamy? Given the small amount of milk in comparison to the dry ingredients, I assume the consistency of this shake rather to resemble something like liquid concrete.

I have one that is weird but good, especially if you're eating low carb and trying to increase fat in your diet.

1-2 cups boiling water or coffee
    2-4 eggs
1-2 T each butter and coconut oil
    vanilla
    spices (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)

make sure the liquid is boiling so that it is hot enough to cook the eggs, and cover your blender so things don't explode everywhere. blend it immediately so that you don't have chunks of cooked egg floating through. when done correctly this tastes kind of like eggnog.

Just tried this the other day, and it was awesome. We drink Toddy and I used that.

In a large cup (unsure of exact size, but large enough to accommodate my immersion blender):

1 scoop of ON chocolate whey
1 scoop of truenutrition milk protein isolate, dutch fudge flavor
1 large spoon of peanut butter
    1 banana
    fill with milk.

Using an immersion blender in a large cup is far easier than a blender, with quicker cleanup, but it makes a smaller portion.

I work out at 5 or 5:30 in the morning, and I drink this shake for breakfast after my workout every single time. I have done so for... well, almost a year now. It never gets old.
