Default Stalling soon after changing rep range on intensity day

Would appreciate your thoughts on this. A few weeks ago, my deadlift 5RM stalled on intensity day, when I only got 3 reps at 375. The following week I did 375 for 5 singles, and then 380 for 5 singles the week after that. These sets were pretty damn hard. Today, I was going for 5 singles at 385 but failed on the first one at mid-shin. I'm pretty sure it's not a systemic recovery issue since my other lifts have been moving up nicely. What do you think is the best way proceed in such a situation?

What are you doing on volume day? It sounds like you aren't doing enough work to get your deadlift moving.

Squats 5x5; last volume day was for 315; following intensity day was 375x5
    Bench/Press 5x5; last volume day(s) 165/125; following intensity day(s) 197.5x5/147.5x5
    Some neck work

Haven't been doing chins due to elbow issues. I also, as of 4 training sessions ago, changed back to high bar squats for the same reason. Was going to add RDL's next volume day. Good idea?

Something has got to be jacked up with your form on either the squats or the deadlifts or possibly both. A 375x5 squat should reflect higher deadlift numbers than what you are posting now. Even for a guy like me (who isn't structured for deadlifting) should be able to do in the low to mid 400's based on at 375x5 back squat.

I would post some videos on Rip's forum of your squat and your deadlift.
