    I dropped 12 kg on my doubles today. I should have dropped 14, but I was stubborn. SPEED KILLS.

    Monday
    The work out was supposed to be: Squat; snatch; clean and jerk (if shoulder is doing alright); front squat. I did my first warm up set of 5 with the bar withs squats and then my quads were burning to a very unexpected extent. I do not believe this has happened before.
    My squats ended up being like this:

    The plan changed. Try out power snatches and see what happens...

    I was stripped of my motivation due to two factors: the pain in my quads; the knowledge that if I would go all out in my power snatch, my pubic bone would bruise again and not let me snatch tomorrow.
