For the next three weeks, I am cutting:
1. Alcohol
2. Processed sugar
3. Grain
4. Processed foods in general
5. Milkshakes, ice cream, any dairy other than the occasional piece of cheese
I will also go from doing 0 minutes of conditioning a day to doing 5 minutes of conditioning a day. Because 5 minutes > 0 minutes.
And, we shall see what happens.
I predict that teh abz will be back. I will be a fatty with teh abz and a bigger squat.
