    Default Challenge for all the fatties

    At least the ones who are trying to lose fat without letting their lifts plummet.

    For the next three weeks, I am cutting:
    1. Alcohol
    2. Processed sugar
    3. Grain
    4. Processed foods in general
    5. Milkshakes, ice cream, any dairy other than the occasional piece of cheese

    I will also go from doing 0 minutes of conditioning a day to doing 5 minutes of conditioning a day. Because 5 minutes > 0 minutes.

    And, we shall see what happens.

    I predict that teh abz will be back. I will be a fatty with teh abz and a bigger squat.

    Sure. I started today, but I figure some people already chugged a few bourbons today...

    I didn't do my 5 minutes of conditioning because Sunday is my only rest day. So, I am resting.

    My wife is starting something like this Monday and I've signed up to go along for the ride... Except for my after workout milkshakes twice per week. The hardest part will be giving up most of the milk I drink. I might die. Oh, and alcohol.

    This is the time of the year when I have to worry about this stuff as well, I'm in but there is no way
    i'm giving up beer. Even with this slight disadvantage I'm confident that I can beat all of you.

    Currently 6.2 215 pounds.

    Need to be 200 or 205, god only knows
