Oh, I'm trying to go from the low 270s to the 240s.

    Suck it.

I'm having orange slices with cinnamon with my creatine tea. Usually I have a big glass of milk. I wonder if this will work?

Have you guys tried those deep red oranges from Sam's Club? Amazing.

Starting doing a lean gains protocol (is that the word?) the other day. Does this count?

No food from 9pm till noon the next day. Not really cutting food choices. I eat mostly whole foods anyway. Am cutting the milk though.

Protein high all days. More carbs on training days. My motivation is rugby 7s this summer.

    Thanks for the great excuse.

We had a female body builder in our office who competed with her husband.
Her gig was a large breakfast, medium lunch and tiny diner. I dont like abs on
a women but this is what she did to bring them out.
What she ate before noon didn't count too much or worry her but what
she put in her mouth after 4pm concerned her a lot.
