    Teh abz part is just funny for many reasons. I don't actually need teh abz. Already had them, and boobs are better.

    Sure. That can count. I just can't do lean gains with my training schedule nor do I really want to figure out all of the shit I would have to do for lean gains. I don't care that much.

    I do not actually care about having teh abz.

    Boobs > Abs

    I have at least three weeks of (probably) only being able to squat. If I can only squat and if I continue to drink milkshakes, I am going to weigh 80 kg by the time my stupid fucking splint comes off. I dislike that plan. I like this plan better.

    I am doing it for the ease.

    Just don't eat after 9pm or before noon. Done.





    I eat a lot of meat, eggs, and whey for protein sources.

    I dont buy into eating much in the evening at all. One of my clients is a gay guy who
    went from 240 -185, he is 32 years old and is in the scene in a major way at this age.

    He claims that any guy who has a big diner at 7pm is going to have a gut and I find
    this to be true myself. Keep in mind in his society abs are a very big deal I'm told.
