You can get the 5 guys cheeseburger and ask for an extra patty (making it 3) for like 5-6 bucks. Its like 1100 calories and 60g protein. Not bad for a bulk lunch.

5 guys burgers are that much? Don't they use real meat?

Their "Regular" cheeseburger (which is a double cheeseburger) is like $4.40 or something at the one I go to, which is in Center City Philadelphia. It might be cheaper in places where everything is cheaper.

They don't use real cheese. If they did I might go there more often.

Hey! American cheese is real cheese. What else would you put on a burger?

On the burger note, I had 3 double cheese at White Manna Burger in Bergenfield NJ this weekend. All-American sliders. Just. Completely. Awesome. But be prepared to wait if you go.

Had a philly cheesesteak pretzel roll burger at pyt in philly the other night. Burger topped with steak, wiz, carmelized onion sauce on a pretzel roll. Uh-mazing. Place is in a very hipster area though, so I was the fattest person there(6'-170)

I also make some sweet potato hash (sweet potato, apples, oats, cinnamon and wal-nuts). Every day at lunch I take a cup of the beef and half a cup of the hash. I try to use organic ingredients whenever possible, obviously not a requirement. Since I've been doing this I've gained about 2-3 lbs per week.
would appreciate links to these or measures?
