Jamie and a few others gave me a few tips about a month and a half ago. On the weekend I cook up lean ground beef, peppers, mushrooms and use BBQ and apple sauce to flavour it. I also make some sweet potato hash (sweet potato, apples, oats, cinnamon and wal-nuts). Every day at lunch I take a cup of the beef and half a cup of the hash. I try to use organic ingredients whenever possible, obviously not a requirement. Since I've been doing this I've gained about 2-3 lbs per week.
